O autorze: The incidence of urogenital disorders and the biological processes that explain them led the authors to chose their professions in gynecology and urology and then to specialize in the radiological aspects of the respective organ systems. Their commitment as practitioners and educators has remained strong over many years of practice. Prof. Grazioli is already Springer author (MRI of the Liver, of which the 2nd ed. was published in 2006, ISBN 88-470-0335-4) and very actively participating in international congresses. He is author of 65 publications in diagnostic imaging (particularly on CT and MR applications). Since 1990 he is collaborating at various trials on the utilization of paramagnetic contrast media in magnetic resonance.
